A MINING PROJECT: AMBATOVY - SNC – LAVALLIN- SHERRITT

One of the greatest projects in the world about the extraction of Cobalt and Nickel. We realized more than 75 000 m² of turnkey delivered houses in less than one year for the construction needs of the factories as well as residences of the executives, with more than 4 000 jobs created, putting at the heart of our action, full employment, the knowledge to make local and regional development.

THE CENTER OF BUSINESSES: ASSIST BUILDING

Assist building is a Business center of 13 800 m², now occupied to 100% by major chains and institutions in the capital of Madagascar (banks, financial backers, NGOs, multinational companies), highly symbolozing par excellence our commitment in the Public-Private partnership and any project supporting the establishment of investors in Madagascar.

THE HOTEL DES THERMES IN ANTSIRABE

In order to construct an international three-star luxury hotel with SPA, the rehabilitation of the Hotel des Thermes in Antsirabe takes part, once more, to show our engagement for structuring development project and expand of industries favorable to a sustaiable development.

A MARINE PROTECTED AREA: THE ARCHIPELAGO OF MITSIO

One of our main challenge for sustainable development is the creation of a marine and coastal protected area integrating besides other things, entirely ecological luxury hotels on the archipelago of Mitsio, with an innovating and sharing model of governance involving all local, regional and national stakeholders (Public/Private/Community), for the conservation and sustainable management of natural ressources.
